Pronounced black fruit aromas, cracked pepper, smoke and mountain herbs. Full bodied with well-balanced tannins, the palate displays black fruits and cherries with a long, smoky, herbal finish. Mineral and complex. A great wine to drink with game dishes such as venison or wild boar. It will also pair well with punchy dishes such as ragout and spicy tomato based recipes.
From the chalk and clay soils of the slopes of Montes Armantes in the Ribota Valley at an altitude of 600-800m above sea level.

The label for this wine was inspired by the alabaster rose window in the fortified gothic-mudéjar church in Cervera de la Cañada. The church was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2001.
Manga del Brujo forms part of series of wines celebrating the life of Pedro de Luna. The Cervera church was built by Mohama Rami, architect to the Luna family, and his signature can still be seen on an interior wall.
