95% Macabeo Viñas Viejas, 5% Garnacha Blanca

Old Vine Macabeo from our 85 year old Carramainas vineyard. Elegant, almost burgundian in style. Floral and lemon notes on the nose with a long, toasty, saline finish. Barrel fermented and lees aged in barrel for a total of 15 months. 11 months in bottle before release. Lighter bottle and no capsule.
