It was an absolute pleasure to be able to do this interview with Marta Tornos who is doing a fabulous job promoting food and wine from Aragón with Aragón Alimentos: Comparte el Secreto

Many people are bemused by how a Scotsman ends up making wine in this corner of the world. In the article I talk about why I and my family decided to put down roots in Calatayud – the sheer quality of the vines – and how our project here is developing.
