A fantastic surprise to see our wines mentioned in this article by Victor de la Serna in Spain’s El Mundo newspaper.
El Cismático is a particularly special wine for us and especially from this vintage which really was a standout year – probably the best – in all the years we’ve been making garnachas in Aragón. From vines planted between 1937 and 1953 at high altitudes in a truly impressive landscape, that you can see in our Youtube videos.
El Cismático forms part of our series of wines celebrating the life of Pedro Martínez de Luna (Papa Luna), born in Aragón, the controversial Avignon based Antipope.
Many many thanks to Victor de la Serna for including us in this article that you can read, in Spanish, here.
