«Tasted blind. Very clean and complex nose: citrus fruit, a touch herbal, lemon candy, lemon pie, apple, pear, cream and brioche.
Very pure wine, salty acidity, deep with a creamy texture. The lees texture is clearly present on the palate adding complexity and a honey touch.
Complex, yet will please everybody.»
Traducción: «Cata ciega. Nariz muy limpio y complejo: cítricos, un toque herbal, caramelo de limón, tarta de limón, manzana, pera, nata y brioche. Un vino muy puro, acidez salina, profundo con una textura cremosa. La textura de la lías es claramente presente en boca aportando complejidad y un toque de miel. Complejo pero estará al gusto de todo el mundo.»
